ABOUT BORDE LISO
The smooth edge.
Borde Liso — the smooth edge. A finish without flaw. The honest result of work done patiently, without compromise.

01 — MEANING
A name kept honest.
Borde Liso was born from founder Barry’s genuine appreciation for tequila—its taste, its history, and the craft behind every bottle. After years of enjoying tequila, Barry came to understand that no two tequilas are ever truly the same, especially among smaller craft brands where tradition, patience, and production choices shape the final experience.
That appreciation became the foundation for Borde Liso: a Blanco tequila created for those who respect the spirit, value authenticity, and want something smooth, refined, and balanced without losing character.
Every aspect of our tequila — from the six-to-eight year wait for an agave to mature, to the slow turn of copper in distillation — is shaped by a single conviction: that the smooth edge cannot be faked. Only earned.
We are not the loudest tequila on the shelf. We aren't trying to be. We exist for those who notice the difference between a finish that is round, and one that merely doesn't bite.
02 — VALUES
What we hold to.
01
Authenticity
Made in Tala, Jalisco by Tequilera La Noria (NOM 1494) from 100% Blue Weber agave, without shortcuts that cover the spirit’s origin.
02
Craftsmanship
Slow cooking, roller-mill extraction, open-air fermentation, and double distillation.
03
Refinement
Smoothness earned through process—not glycerin, artificial sweeteners, or flavor correction.

Refined slowly, on purpose.
03 — STORY
An idea, kept small.
Borde Liso began as a private project — a tequila made for friends, for the founder's own table, in batches small enough to taste every run. It was never meant to chase a market.
When we decided to share it more widely, we made one promise to ourselves: we would not scale at the expense of the smooth edge. Today, every bottle is still made the same way — by the same hands, in the same town, from the same earth.
